Midland members are actively involved in supporting and participating in local ministries and agencies such as Open Door, Teen Advisors, Young Life, Bethsaida House, Valley Rescue Mission, Salvation Army, Carpenter’s Way Home for Children, Columbus Battered Women’s Shelter, Teen Challenge, Contact, Habitat for Humanity, and The Valley Interfaith Promise. For Christmas, we participate in Operation Christmas Child by collecting shoeboxes filled with gifts. Also at Christmas and again at Easter, we provide gift items for Muscogee Manor residents. SuperTimers, the senior group, collects aluminum cans for Ronald McDonald House and ketchup and hot sauce for Kids' Cafe (through Feeding the Valley).
